Export Manager – Aromatic Plants Full Time

Job Title: Export Manager – Medical & Aromatic Plants

Location: New Cairo

We are partnering with a fast-growing Egyptian company operating in the medical and aromatic plants sector, founded by a group of experienced investors with strong backgrounds in agriculture, food industries, and agro-manufacturing.

The company is building a fully integrated business model that spans trading, export, cultivation, and value-added manufacturing, supported by strategic agricultural lands and a scalable industrial facility. With a clear vision to become a regional and global leader, this is a unique opportunity to join a high-potential venture at an exciting stage of growth and expansion.

We are currently looking for a qualified Export manager to be part of this ambitious journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full export cycle including inquiries, quotations, order processing, shipping, and documentation.
• Develop and expand international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, Organic, FDA, EU regulations, etc.).
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and shipping documents.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and logistics arrangements with clients and freight forwarders.
• Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in exporting medical and aromatic plants.
• Previous experience as an Export Specialist or Export Manager in a reputable company within the same industry.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and international shipping processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple international accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong network of international buyers in the herbs and spices market.
• Experience in organic and certified products export is highly preferred.
