Job Title: Expediter / Coordinator / Planner – Tagalog Speaker

Location: Sharjah

Job Purpose

The Expediter / Coordinator / Planner will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials required for fabrication and assembly activities. The role involves close coordination with multiple departments to prevent project delays, maintain smooth workflow, and support efficient project execution, particularly in wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of all required materials prior to the start of fabrication and assembly activities.
• Identify, track, and proactively highlight any missing or delayed materials.
• Prepare and organize materials for fabrication in alignment with project schedules.
• Report all critical or missing material issues promptly to the Production Manager.
• Follow up with Project Engineering, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to avoid fabrication delays or holds.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports, documentation, and status updates for material readiness.
• Support planning and scheduling activities to align material availability with project timelines.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in expediting, coordination, or planning within the same industry.
• Mandatory experience in wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and planning methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera and/or MS Project.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Highly proactive, committed, and responsible with strong attention to detail.
