What you’ll do:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to support our Central Fulfillment Team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day coordination between multiple fulfillment teams, assist in performance tracking, and support key initiatives to optimize processes across the network. You will play an active role in ensuring operational consistency, inventory accuracy, and compliance, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Coordinate daily activities between fulfillment centers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
• Monitor operational KPIs and assist in identifying trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Support the rollout of standardized processes and operating procedures across sites.
• Assist in maintaining inbound accuracy through audits, investigations, and stock reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Business , IT, and planning teams to improve WMS usage and workflow efficiency.
• Generate operational reports and dashboards to support team decision-making and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and Inbound regulations across relevant tasks and teams.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help meet departmental goals.

• Understanding of stock management, fulfillment processes, and audit procedures.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and shipping regulations in the UAE.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working in centralized or multi-site environments is a plus.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team coordination capacity is preferred.
