🎯 The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to lead executive recruitment engagements, advise clients on leadership hiring strategies, and identify high-caliber talent for senior and executive-level positions.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while managing the full executive search lifecycle from market mapping to candidate placement.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments across various industries and functions
• Partner with clients to understand leadership needs, organizational goals, and talent requirements
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify executive candidates
• Source, assess, and engage senior-level and executive talent through multiple channels
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and leadership assessments
• Prepare candidate evaluations, market insights, and search reports for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, industry leaders, and client stakeholders
• Advise clients on recruitment strategy, talent trends, and leadership market conditions
• Manage candidate experience throughout the search process
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to client growth opportunities

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• 3–8+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, talent acquisition, or leadership advisory services
• Proven experience sourcing and placing senior-level or executive talent
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and leadership roles
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple search assignments and client relationships simultaneously
• Experience in retained search, leadership consulting, or executive recruitment firms is highly desirable
