Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive & Sales Coordinator role located in Mahboula, Ahmadi, Kuwait.
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to management while also assisting in client communication, coordination, and business follow-ups. The role requires someone proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The candidate will be expected to coordinate meetings and appointments, prepare reports and quotations when needed, follow up with clients regarding ongoing business, and support day-to-day company operations. The role may also include assisting with sales coordination and customer relationship management to support business growth.
