Resonance is seeking a full-time Executive Office Assistant for an on-site position based in Manama.
Dynamic and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Secretary with extensive experience within the Bahraini Investment Banking sector, specializing in high-level Board Secretarial support and Corporate Governance. Possesses a deep operational understanding of Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) Rulebook regulations, consistently ensuring compliance and seamless regulatory reporting. Adept at managing corporate lifecycles and statutory filings through Sijilat and coordinating day-to-day company operations in Bahrain. A proactive professional skilled in managing executive workflows, board meeting logistics, and maintaining meticulous corporate records in a highly regulated environment.
The Executive Office Assistant will perform various administrative tasks to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, answering phones, coordinating schedules, handling office equipment, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role also involves document management, maintaining office files, and assisting with clerical tasks to support the leadership team.
