Our client is seeking an experienced Events Manager with a strong background in experiential events, live entertainment, and guest engagement to lead and deliver memorable experiences across a dynamic lifestyle destination.

Only candidates currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency visa will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a diverse calendar of public events, corporate functions, and brand activations.
• Source and manage local and international entertainment talent.
• Oversee all stages of event delivery, from setup to execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless event operations.
• Manage external partners, suppliers, and entertainment agencies.
• Ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining budget control.
• Introduce fresh and engaging entertainment concepts that drive repeat visitation.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in experiential events, entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale events, live entertainment, and immersive activations.
• Experience within destination venues, seasonal attractions, or high-volume guest environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of F&B-led experiences and customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Location Requirement

Applicants must already be based in Kuwait and possess a valid residency visa. Candidates applying from outside Kuwait will not be considered.
