Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Management Specialist role based in Saudi Arabia. The Event Management Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include developing event concepts with clients and internal teams, preparing detailed project plans, managing vendors and suppliers, and coordinating logistics such as venues, technical setups, entertainment, and on-site operations. The role involves supervising event setup and breakdown, overseeing rehearsals and live show flows, and ensuring health, safety, and regulatory requirements are followed. The specialist will also support marketing and promotional activities for events, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and provide post-event reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience coordinating end-to-end events of varying scale and complexity.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including stakeholder management, client-facing interaction, and clear coordination with internal and external teams.
• Experience in Marketing and event promotion, with the ability to support campaigns that drive attendance and brand visibility.
• Ability to deliver Training or briefings to on-site staff, crew, and partners to ensure smooth and consistent event execution.
• Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
• Comfort working on-site in diverse locations and conditions, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules when required.
• Proficiency with event management tools, basic project management software, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in live events, production, or agency environments in the GCC or international markets is an advantage.
