Job Description
- Etisalat Global Services is hiring English speakers to work as Customer Service Representatives for (Etisalat UAE Project).
- Communicating with customers via selected channels.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements

- University graduates
- B1+ English level
- Flexible with rotational shifts & days off
- Training two months paid fully
