Estimator – Commercial Doors, Frames & Architectural Hardware

Location: Adlieh/Badaro, Beirut

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Full-Time)

Imperial USA is a leading U.S.-based distributor of commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware. Our clients include commercial developers, construction managers, and general contractors across the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and support the management of commercial construction projects from submittal through procurement and delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the submittal and procurement processes for assigned projects.
• Prepare and detail door, frame, and hardware schedules for customer approval.
• Track submittals and ensure timely returns to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on project status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate material procurement and release based on approved submittals.
• Communicate clearly with vendors regarding product specifications and orders.
• Issue purchase orders and provide all required documentation for fabrication.
• Attend weekly client meetings via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
• Monitor vendor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.
• Manage project revisions and process change orders as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to use Excel filters and data analysis tools to perform takeoffs and quantify doors and frames.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings used in commercial construction.
• Understanding of door, frame, and hardware schedules, or willingness to learn.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or project management software.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
