Company Description Yon-Ka Paris Lebanon is looking for an on-site Esthetician. The Esthetician will provide professional skin care treatments and personalized consultations, including facials, peels, and targeted skincare protocols aligned with Yon-Ka Paris standards. Daily tasks include recommending appropriate home-care products, maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines. The role involves welcoming clients, conducting skin analyses, explaining treatment plans, and delivering high-quality customer service at every visit.

Qualifications

• Strong skin care and cosmetology skills, including performing professional facials, treatments, and personalized skincare routines.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and create a welcoming and inclusive client experience.
• Sales aptitude, including recommending suitable products, explaining benefits clearly, and supporting retail and treatment package sales.
• Relevant certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow brand protocols and treatment standards.
