Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for an ODOO System Development Consultant. The role involves analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing customized ODOO solutions, and providing support for technical and functional challenges. The consultant will be responsible for leading training sessions, delivering coaching to end-users, and ensuring successful program development and deployment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience is also a key part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative ODOO solutions
- Proficiency in Communication, including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Training and Coaching, with a focus on empowering end-users effectively
- Program Development expertise for designing, implementing, and optimizing ODOO modules or workflows
- Team collaboration skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in ODOO
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred
