Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Sales Manager based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The ERP Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and expanding Tranquil’s customer base across Saudi Arabia. The role includes lead generation, client engagement, solution presentations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, account management, and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with prospects, customers, implementation teams, and management to ensure successful sales engagements and long-term client relationships. In addition, the role will oversee all commercial and finance-related activities associated with customer engagements, including quotations, pricing discussions, contract coordination, payment follow-up, and collection support.
