Key Functional Accountabilities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTCO and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk and Cybersecurity, etc..).
• Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, goals, policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Provide first-level end-user support to troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
• Inform relevant teams about scheduled updates, outages, or service impacts to ensure user awareness and preparedness.
• Participate in ERP application release activities—including planning, validation, and deployment—to support operational consistency and business requirements.
• Prepare update logs and documentation to ensure traceability and support audit readiness.
• Monitor application performance and report incidents to maintain availability and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with IT teams during version rollouts and patch deployment to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
• Provide support during release testing and post-deployment reviews to validate functionality and stability.
• Receive and document user feedback to help improve ERP application support and service levels.
• Keep records of deployment activities, incidents, and resolutions for tracking and future reference.
• Apply internal procedures when executing routine operational tasks to support governance and compliance.
• Maintain logs and monitoring records of ERP bugs and issues to support timely resolution and minimize operational impact.

Knowledge and Experience

Education and Certifications
