ERP Accountant Full Time NEW

We are looking for a skilled ERP Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations through Odoo, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining data integrity, and supporting process optimization across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records within Odoo ERP.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of accounting data across Odoo modules.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure proper financial controls and transaction processing.
• Assist in improving accounting workflows and ERP-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Odoo implementation, customization, or migration projects.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience in inventory, costing, and multi-company accounting environments.
