Urgent Hiring – HSSE Manager | Marine LNG Jetty Project | Iraq

We are currently hiring an experienced HSSE Manager for a prestigious Marine Tubular Piling Construction Project in Iraq.

If you have extensive experience leading Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) programs for LNG, Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, EPC, Port, Jetty, or Heavy Civil Infrastructure Projects, we would like to hear from you.

Location: Iraq

Project: Tubular Marine Piling Project

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Duration : 5 to 6 Months

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• 15+ years of HSSE experience in Marine, LNG, Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC, or Infrastructure Projects
• GCC/Middle East experience preferred
• NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, IOSH, or equivalent international HSSE certifications
• Strong leadership and client-facing experience

✔ Confined Space Entry Management

✔ Emergency Response & Crisis Management Plans

✔ Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis

✔ HSSE Audit Planning & Compliance Monitoring

✔ HSSE KPIs, Performance Monitoring & Reporting

✔ Safety Leadership & Positive Safety Culture Development

✔ Managing Multinational Workforce Safety Programs

✔ Client & Contractor HSSE Interface Management

✔ FIDIC & International HSSE Standards

✔ Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) & LTI Reduction Strategies

✔ Environmental Management & Regulatory Compliance

✔ First 90-Day HSSE Improvement Strategy

✔ Leadership Coaching & Workforce Engagement

The ideal candidate should be able to:

🔹 Lead risk management activities from project initiation through completion.

🔹 Identify key hazards associated with LNG marine jetty operations and implement effective control measures.

🔹 Build a proactive safety culture across a multicultural workforce while achieving Zero LTI objectives.
