Role Description

This is a full time, remote Entry Level Developer role based in Jordan, averaging 40 to 45 hours per week. The Developer will be responsible for writing clean and maintainable code, building and supporting web applications, fixing bugs, and contributing to ongoing product improvements. The role includes working closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers to deliver features on time and to a high standard. This is a hands on role with strong mentorship, ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of development experience (internships, freelance, or personal projects count)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Next.js, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of backend development (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)
• Comfortable working with Git and version control
• Understanding of REST APIs and how to integrate them
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow into a well rounded developer
• Familiarity with WordPress, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), or cloud platforms is a plus
