Starting Salary: $400 per month

Coducators is looking for a motivated recent graduate or early-career candidate to work closely with the founder and support the team with daily operations.

This position is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain practical experience, learn directly from a business owner, and develop strong skills in organization, communication, operations, and AI tools.

  • Main ResponsibilitiesAssist the founder with daily tasks and follow-ups
  • Organize schedules, notes, reminders, and priorities
  • Follow up with team members and teachers
  • Support communication with parents and customers when needed
  • Help prepare and organize summer camp activities
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and work quality
  • Make sure assigned tasks are completed on time

Who We’re Looking For

This position is especially suitable for:

  • A recent university graduate or someone with limited professional experience
  • Someone organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • A fast learner who is comfortable receiving feedback
  • Someone with strong English and communication skills
  • Someone comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
  • Someone interested in learning how AI tools are used professionally
  • A proactive person who does not need constant reminders
  • Someone who is comfortable working in an environment with children, parents, and teachers

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Attitude, reliability, communication, and willingness to learn are more important.

Working Schedule

Tuesday to Friday:

2:00 PM until closing time, usually around 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM.

Saturday:

10:00 AM until closing time, usually around 5:00 PM.

The schedule may occasionally change during busy periods, particularly during summer camp.
