AI Enterprise Sales Lead

Role Description
We are deploying one of the world’s most advanced Enterprise AI platforms across Qatar and Saudi Arabia — enabling large organisations to run on-premise AI Agents that automate complex business workflows without sensitive data ever leaving the client’s infrastructure.
As our Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be the bridge between the transformational outcomes our platform delivers and the enterprises that need them most. You speak the language of both technology and commerce. You think in pipelines, close in relationships, and thrive when the problem has never been solved before in this market.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle — from territory mapping and executive outreach through to proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closure across energy, financial services,
government, and healthcare sectors.
• Apply a business-value lens to every engagement: identify the client’s core operational challenge, translate our AI Agent capabilities into measurable ROI, and set realistic expectations that protect
delivery quality and long-term relationships.
• Design consultative solution narratives in collaboration with our technical team, turning ambiguous enterprise problems into structured, scoped AI deployment projects with clear business outcomes.
• Navigate government and quasi-government procurement processes in Qatar and KSA, including RFP responses, tender submissions, and multi-stakeholder committee engagement.
• Represent the company at key regional events — Web Summit Qatar, GITEX Global, and LEAP — and at government forums, sector conferences, and innovation summits across the GCC.
• Collaborate with our technical and product teams to feed real market signals back into our platform roadmap and solution priorities.
• Maintain deep sector intelligence across target verticals, tracking regulatory changes, competitor moves, and emerging AI adoption trends in Qatar and KSA.
Must-Have
• 7+ years in enterprise B2B technology sales, business development, or strategic consulting

• Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
• Minimum 4 years on the ground in Qatar or KSA — you know how decisions are actually made here
• Existing C-suite or VP-level relationships at Gulf enterprise or government accounts
• Exceptional ability to structure and communicate complex commercial and technical propositions
• Strong communicator across both technical and executive audiences — in the same meeting
• Experience in or deep familiarity with the Qatar or GCC market, procurement culture, and relationship dynamics
Strongly Valued
• Arabic language proficiency, plus English
• Hands-on familiarity with AI or enterprise software product delivery
• Track record selling to government or semi-government entities in the Gulf
• Network across key Qatar National Vision 2030 or Saudi Vision 2030 sectors
• Ability to write technical proposals and solution narratives independently
