Job Title : Enterprise Sales Engineer
Job Location : Basra
Role Purpose
Responsible for executing enterprise sales activities, managing assigned accounts, and closing opportunities within approved commercial frameworks. The role focuses on disciplined sales execution with defined escalation paths.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage assigned accounts and search for new enterprise accounts and opportunities – Execute full sales cycle from qualification to closure – Conduct client meetings and presentations – Prepare commercial proposals with pre-sales teams – Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and forecasts – Coordinate with internal technical and finance teams
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic negotiation and commercial understanding
Ability to understand technical solutions at a high level
Professional client-facing demeanor
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work under guidance while showing initiative
Authority & Limits
– Operates within approved pricing and sales policies – Escalation required for pricing, contract, or payment exceptions
KPIs
– Revenue target achievement – Pipeline value and conversion rate – Client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business – 2–4 years B2B / Enterprise sales experience
