Enterprise Architecture Manager Full Time NEW

Role Description The Enterprise Architecture Manager will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and governing the organization’s enterprise architecture to support business and technology objectives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility to work both on-site and from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include aligning business architecture with IT strategy, developing and updating enterprise architecture frameworks, and ensuring that systems and processes support organizational goals. The person in this role will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions. Additional tasks include documenting architecture standards, guiding technology choices, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring that business processes and information flows are efficient, secure, and well-integrated.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy, with experience aligning technology initiatives to business objectives.
• Proficiency in Business Architecture and Business Process analysis, including mapping and optimizing end-to-end workflows.
• Solid background in Information Technology, with the ability to evaluate and oversee complex systems, integrations, and platforms.
• Experience creating and maintaining architecture documentation, standards, and roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels, communicate technical concepts clearly, and drive consensus.
• Familiarity with common enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or similar) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, government, or regulated environments, and comfort working in hybrid, cross-cultural teams.
