Identify process deviations, quality risks, and inefficiencies.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and monitored effectively.
Procedure Development & Modernization
Review and update existing engineering procedures and workflows to align with modern industry standards, digital tools, and agile methodologies.
Develop new policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to address evolving engineering needs and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance & Control
Implement quality management systems (QMS) tailored to engineering functions.
Define KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering processes.
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts related to engineering process failures or quality issues.
Training & Change Management
Conduct awareness sessions and training for engineering team members to ensure understanding and adherence to quality procedures.
Lead change management efforts when implementing new processes, tools, or compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with engineering section heads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded across all project phases.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits related to engineering quality management.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive records of audits, compliance checks, and process changes.
Provide regular reports to senior management/director on quality performance, gaps, and improvement initiatives.
