Role Overview
The Engineering & Maintenance Department Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and engineering activities within the factory, with a primary focus on ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, safety, and cost-effective operation of all plant assets.
This role owns the maintenance strategy, preventive and predictive maintenance systems, asset lifecycle management, utilities, and facility infrastructure, while also overseeing engineering projects and technical improvements. The position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, optimizing maintenance costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting production continuity.
