• A leading trading and engineering company in Kuwait is expanding its team and is seeking qualified, motivated, and results-driven professionals for the following positions:

## 1. Electrical Engineer (M/F)

### Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical submittals, material approvals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Support procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed within schedule and quality requirements. ### Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical projects or contracting within the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. —

## 2. Sales & Pre-Sales Electrical Engineer (M/F)

### Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, and clients.
• Review tender documents, project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers and suppliers to verify technical compliance, product selection, capacities, pricing, and lead times.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and bid documentation.
• Attend client meetings, technical presentations, and clarification sessions.
• Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities to secure orders.
• Identify project risks, specification gaps, and technical challenges during the bidding stage.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution after order award.

### Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, technical estimation, or system integration within the electrical trading or contracting sector in the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, specifications, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience coordinating directly with international manufacturers and suppliers.
• ## 3. Sales & Pre-Sales Engineer – ELV Systems (M/F)

### Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intrusion Detection, Public Address (PA), Audio Visual (AV), and Security Systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
• Review tender documents, project drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, system designs, cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for product selection, technical compliance, pricing, and lead times.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and bid documentation.
• Conduct technical presentations and attend client meetings, site surveys, and clarification sessions.
• Support tender submissions and follow up on project opportunities until order closure.
• Identify project risks, specification gaps, and technical challenges during the bidding stage.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth execution after project award. ### Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in ELV sales, pre-sales, estimation, or system integration within the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, drawings, specifications, and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• ## 4. Business Development Executive – Logistics Services (M)

### Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand logistics business opportunities across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and project logistics services.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business through direct sales, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, logistics partners, shipping lines, airlines, and service providers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Prepare commercial proposals, service quotations, and pricing solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics partners to ensure service feasibility and successful project execution.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, tenders, and RFQs to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. ### Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics sales, business development, freight forwarding, or supply chain services within the Gulf region.
• Strong network within the logistics and transportation industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full business development cycle and achieve sales targets.
• ## General Requirements
• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Transferable Visa (Article 18) is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
