We are looking for an experienced EMM OLM/FE Engineer to support troubleshooting, configuration, performance, and operation activities within the SDF network environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle troubleshooting, configuration, and performance analysis of EMM OLM/FE systems
• Perform 2nd level operation/restoration and trouble report handling
• Support change requests, maintenance routines, and performance reporting
• Analyze traffic patterns, degradations, and disturbances
• Ensure system and functional test cases are aligned with design requirements
• Support implementation, integration, and operational activities

🧠 Requirements:
• Strong experience with EMM FE & EMM OLM platforms
• Good knowledge of Linux Administration, Oracle DB, Unix Shell Scripting
• Understanding of REST APIs, SMPP, Diameter, SOAP UI, DNS & FQDNs
• Experience troubleshooting HTTP, SMPP, and Diameter traces
• Knowledge of Veritas Cluster, Load Balancers, VMs, and Cloud Deployments
• Strong understanding of telecom network topology and performance analysis
• Ability to work in shifts and handle operational incidents efficiently
