Role Description

The Intern at Oia Properties will support the team with administrative tasks, market research, and client interactions. Responsibilities include assisting with property listings, preparing sales reports, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with consultants and developers. The intern will also contribute to marketing efforts, such as creating content and aiding social media campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi, offering hands-on experience in the dynamic real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling documentation and supporting team operations.
• Research and analytical skills for market analysis and gathering real estate intelligence.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for managing client inquiries and interacting with team members.
• Familiarity with content creation and social media management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or other related software is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
