The Role and Responsibilities
You’ll own execution across our embedded client mandates from day one.
Client Delivery & Relationship Ownership

What Success Looks Like (Month 1–6)
Weeks 1–4. You’re embedded in client onboarding, learning their context, understanding their hiring motion, and building rapport with their teams.
Month 2–3. You’re running candidate pipelines independently, hitting weekly sourcing targets, and feeding qualified candidates into your clients’ screening process.
Month 4–6. You’ve become the trusted advisor. Clients reach out to you first. You’re identifying expansion opportunities, influencing hiring strategy, and running efficient, predictable placements.
By Month 12. You’ve delivered 15–25 placements across your clients. You’ve built repeatable sourcing playbooks. You’ve contributed new methodologies to HAILO’s platform. You’re ready to manage additional clients or transition into a senior operations or account leadership role.
