Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Junior Electronics Simulation Engineer (NgSpice) to work on a contractor basis. As a Junior Electronics Simulation Engineer, you will apply your expertise in electronics simulation using NgSpice to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This role is critical in the development of frontier AI models, where domain expertise is turned into training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve how models perform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize NgSpice to simulate electronic circuits and analyze results for AI training datasets.

• Collaborate with the customer’s team to ensure simulations align with project requirements.

• Document simulation parameters, methodologies, and key findings with clear and concise written communication.

• Review and validate the accuracy of simulation results, identifying potential improvements or anomalies.

• Translate technical outcomes into actionable insights for AI model development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in NgSpice simulation software and ability to apply it to real-world electronic circuits.

• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including circuit analysis and simulation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to analyze complex data and translate technical outcomes into actionable insights.

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve simulation challenges.
