Job Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical panels, motors, and factory equipment
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues when needed
