Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for an Electrical Procurement Engineer. Responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, issuing requests for quotation (RFQs), and analyzing procurement data to achieve the best value for organizational needs. In this role, you will work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and engineers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of electrical components and materials for infrastructure projects. Maintaining effective communication and upholding the company’s commitment to quality and efficiency is vital.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and working with Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
• Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and procurement management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier capabilities and optimize procurement strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for effective negotiation and collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure projects and industry standards
• Experience in procurement within the construction or electrical contracting sector is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
