Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Electrical / Mechanical Supervisor based in Dubai, with opportunities to work remotely when applicable. The Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, conduct preventive maintenance tasks, inspect equipment and systems, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. The role involves managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with teams, and supporting the efficient functioning of facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
• Experience in preventive maintenance and maintenance management to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Proficiency in conducting inspections and identifying potential issues within electrical and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience in general maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to maintenance tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
