Role Details
- Location: Nasr City, Egypt
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: Flexible (8–4, 9–5, or 10–6)
- Reports to: Program Director
- Salary: Competitive
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of inclusive education programs.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to define strategic priorities and supervise field teams.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Design and deliver capacity-building workshops for educators and caregivers.
- Ensure programs are participatory, culturally responsive, and informed by data.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine programs to maximize effectiveness and long-term impact.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 6–10 years of experience in education program leadership, preferably in humanitarian or under-resourced settings.

- Experience with NGOs or international education initiatives is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in inclusive and culturally responsive curriculum design.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid passport.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
