Role Description

The E-Commerce Specialist will oversee and optimize Midas Furniture’s online store by maintaining product listings, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and analyzing sales performance to enhance the customer experience. The role also includes coordinating with sales and marketing teams for promotions, tracking online traffic, and identifying trends to improve sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza, with opportunities to contribute to the development of the company’s growing e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and online sales strategies
• Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering a positive customer experience
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, identify trends, and improve performance
• Experience in Sales and strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Proficiency with e-commerce tools, platforms, and basic digital marketing techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in retail or furniture industry is a plus
