Ecommerce Manager – FMCG & Retail Full Time

Our client is a leading independent consumer goods and appliances company with a strong presence across the UAE and GCC markets. As part of their continued growth and digital transformation strategy, they are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and drive their online business performance.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven ecommerce professional who can take full ownership of ecommerce operations, sales growth, digital performance, and customer experience across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end ecommerce business and operations.
• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage and optimize the company’s ecommerce platform, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and merchandising activities.
• Monitor website performance, customer journeys, and conversion rates, implementing improvements where required.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to drive traffic, customer acquisition, retention, and online sales.
• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and marketplace platforms.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, customer service, and digital marketing teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager within consumer goods, retail, appliances, electronics, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Strong hands-on experience managing ecommerce platforms, particularly Magento and/or Shopify.
• Demonstrated track record of driving online sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, customer experience, and online marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions.
• Experience managing ecommerce budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
• UAE market experience is essential.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
