*Strategic Offer & Proposition Management*
– Design and iterate compelling value propositions and promotional offers based on market trends, competitor benchmarking, and internal margin targets.
– Analyze customer segmentation data to develop personalized offers that increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
– Collaborate with Finance to ensure all propositions are commercially viable and align with overall inventory health.
– Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring a strategic balance between “always-on” offers and high-impact seasonal events.
*Merchandising Excellence*
– Oversee digital and/or physical product placement, ensuring high-margin or high-priority items receive optimal visibility.
– Optimize the “Path to Purchase” by utilizing data-driven insights to refine category hierarchies, search functionality, and cross-sell/up-sell modules.
– Monitor stock levels in real-time, adjusting merchandising tactics to push overstock or highlight new arrivals.
– Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards for product imagery, descriptions, and pricing accuracy.
*Campaign Planning & Execution*
– Lead the marketing campaigns, ensuring all assets align with the core proposition and launch on schedule.
– Coordinate with Creative and Media teams to produce high-converting campaign collateral for email, social media, and web/in-store displays.
– A/B test campaign variables (e.g., messaging, mechanics, visuals) to identify the most effective drivers of conversion.
– Post-campaign reporting: Synthesize complex data into actionable insights, presenting “wins” and “learnings” to senior leadership.

1. Product Display Management
Organize and arrange products within the website (homepage, categories, product pages).
Select appropriate images and determine their order.
Ensure clear information (description, prices, offers).
2. User Experience (UX) Improvement
Work to facilitate browsing and purchasing.
Analyze user behavior within the website.
Suggest improvements to page design.
3. Campaign and Promotion Coordination
Prepare seasonal displays (e.g., sales, holidays).
Highlight best-selling or new products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns.
4. Performance Analysis
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
5. Visual Content Management
Supervise images, banners, and videos.
Ensure alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
