Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Content & Social Growth Manager. The role involves managing content strategy and execution, overseeing social media channels, driving audience growth, and engaging with communities across platforms. The individual will analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, align content with brand values, and support team members on project management tasks. The role also includes collaborating with other teams to enhance outreach and grow Ecomswap’s online presence globally.

• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for crafting compelling content and engaging with audiences
• Sales acumen to strategize audience engagement and increase user acquisition
• Project Management expertise to oversee timelines and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in Analytics tools to measure and refine social media and content performance
• Ability to adapt to evolving trends in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in M&A, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces is a plus
