Responsibilitie

• sMaintain and organize all manufacturing documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records
• .Ensure timely updates and revisions of controlled documents in compliance with food safety standards
• .Coordinate with various departments to collect, review, and approve relevant documentation
• .Manage the document control system ensuring documents are filed and archived correctly
• .Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete documentation
• .Train staff on document control procedures and promote adherence to document management policies
• .Monitor regulatory changes and ensure documentation reflects the latest compliance requirements

.Requirement

• sProven experience in document control, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
• .Strong knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent
• .Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• .Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office applications
• .Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• .Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple departments
