Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher & Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations, assigning tasks to technicians, following up on daily activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, technicians, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians based on workload and priority.
• Coordinate daily maintenance operations and monitor task completion.
• Receive maintenance requests and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
• Track technicians’ attendance, routes, and task progress.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, updates, and service status.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure all maintenance requests are logged accurately in the system.
• Handle emergency maintenance requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams regarding spare parts availability.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, maintenance coordination, operations, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems or maintenance management systems is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, maintenance companies, or field operations.
• Familiarity with scheduling and workforce coordination.

Working Hours:

• This role follows Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Working hours in Egypt:
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, or
• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
