Safe Harbor Towing (U.S.-based company) is seeking a professional and performance-driven Dispatch & Sales Specialist to manage U.S. towing operations remotely.
This role combines dispatch coordination and sales closing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is confident handling customer calls, negotiating pricing, closing cash calls, and coordinating drivers efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from U.S.-based customers
• Provide accurate quotes and confidently close cash calls
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining company margins
• Assign tow trucks based on location, urgency, and availability
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers and customers
• Accurately enter and document all service details in the dispatch system
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain daily performance and conversion targets
• Follow company procedures and documentation standards strictly
