How You Will Make An Impact
Lead strategic, enterprise-wide programs and/or portfolio to deliver business outcomes aligned with company priorities
Drive development and approval of complex business cases and coordinate resource allocation across projects
Execute integrated program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing) and provide clear, timely status reporting to stakeholders
Own program governance, including approvals and issue resolution in partnership with business stakeholders
Develop and manage integrated program timelines, and lead change management to control scope, quality, schedule, and cost
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications across internal and external partners
Lead PMO continuous improvement initiatives and optimize portfolio resource allocation in collaboration with functional leaders
Contribute as a Management Team member, driving cross-organizational alignment, prioritization, and executive planning
Oversee project closure, including lessons learned and identification of continuous improvement opportunities
Serve as a subject matter expert in project and program management, including mentoring and managing project managers
What you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience managing complex project in the medical device industry.
Strong technical skills and ability to understand technical designs, R&D and Manufacturing, challenges, and risks
Ability to work closely with engineers.
Proven experience in project budgeting and financial management
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership and influence skills, with experience driving change and collaborating with management and executive stakeholders
Expertise in using MS Office Suite and related project management systems.
Proficiency in English (written/verbal/reading)
Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management and negotiation
Practical experience Project Management methodology required (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and ability to apply them as needed.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels (higher, equivalent and lower level)

PMP course.
Experience with medical device regulatory standards and integration processes.
