Role Description The Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading sales and marketing activities across all Land and Larichy Hotels Group properties. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, manages key accounts, and drives revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives. The Director leads and mentors sales and marketing teams, sets performance objectives, and monitors results to ensure properties meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, managing promotional campaigns, and coordinating with operations and revenue management to align pricing and positioning. The role also involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners, while ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all channels and guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion optimization.
• Proven experience in Hotels Business Development, identifying new markets, and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including coaching, performance management, and cross-property coordination.
• Excellent Customer Service orientation, with a track record of maintaining high guest and client satisfaction.
• Extensive experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing or multi-property level.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment; proficiency in English required, Arabic an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Umluj, Tabuk or Jeddah, with flexibility to travel between properties as needed.
• Resident in KSA with a transferable Iqama Only
