The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with deep data expertise and a clear commercial mindset. You will define how data becomes the core differentiator in our product strategy and customer offering.

Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Business Impact:

• Define and execute the company’s data strategy aligned with product and business objectives.
• Identify monetization opportunities and new revenue streams based on existing data assets.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights and customer-facing value propositions.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess impact and drive continuous optimization.

Product & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Operate at the core interface between Product and Data.
• Partner closely with Product leadership to define data-driven features, use cases, and growth initiatives.
• Influence roadmap priorities through data opportunities and market insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate data into core product capabilities.
• Works closely with the R&D teams (including Data Science) with clear alignment on responsibilities and collaboration.
• Work closely with the teams responsible for AI activities to support data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment between Product, Data, and R&D on datasets, use cases, and data governance.

Data Value Creation

• Unlock value from data residing primarily within ERP systems, as well as Retail and Hospitality domains.
• Translate raw data into scalable, productized solutions.
• Ensure data initiatives drive measurable customer outcomes and competitive differentiation.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard 3rd party data partners to enrich and extend Priority’s data offerings across ERP, Retail, and Hospitality — leveraging external data sources to create differentiated value for customers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Product and Data leadership roles.
• Proven track record of transforming data into business value and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Experience in data-rich environments such as banks, insurance companies, SaaS companies, or data-driven startups.
• Experience operating in cross-functional leadership roles with executive visibility.
• Experience sourcing and managing 3rd party data partnerships — identifying relevant external data providers, evaluating commercial and technical fit, and integrating partner data to enrich product offerings.
• Business-driven and impact-oriented.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, structured, and outcome-focused.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Technical Expectations

• Familiarity with modern data stack concepts (e.g. data warehousing, data pipelines, BI platforms, data governance frameworks) — to evaluate trade-offs, partner with engineering, and make informed product decisions.
• Ability to translate between technical data concepts and business language — communicating clearly with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to partner effectively with AI-focused PMs: contributing data strategy, identifying relevant datasets, and ensuring data readiness for AI-powered features.
