We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function in a dynamic financial services environment. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, business performance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities
- Oversee financial analysis, profitability reporting, and performance monitoring
- Supervise statutory financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS, CMA, and Central Bank requirements
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and financial controls
- Support Board-level reporting, dashboards, and strategic decision-making
- Drive process improvement, digital transformation, and reporting efficiency initiatives
- Monitor investment performance, financial models, and key business indicators
- Lead and develop the FP&A team while collaborating with senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 12–15+ years of finance experience within financial services, banking, or investment companies
- Strong experience in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
- Experience within investment companies or CMA-regulated entities preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial modeling, and analytical reporting
- CPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA certifications preferred
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
