As part of our expansion and the launch of our new center in Al Hasa, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Educational Services to lead and advance our educational programs.

Position Summary

The Director of Educational Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all educational programs and services. This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, student-centered educational experiences that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices in special education.

The successful candidate will oversee educational operations, curriculum implementation, instructional quality, staff development, and student outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide strategic and operational leadership for all educational programs and services.

·      Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional quality, and educational compliance.

·      Lead, mentor, and evaluate educational leadership and instructional staff.

·      Ensure Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are effectively implemented and monitored.

·      Establish systems to measure student progress, educational outcomes, and program effectiveness.

·      Collaborate closely with clinical, behavioral, and administrative teams to ensure integrated service delivery.

·      Develop and implement educational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

·      Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.

·      Monitor educational performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.

·      Maintain compliance with applicable educational regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements.

·      Engage with families, stakeholders, and community partners to support student success.

Qualifications

Required

·      Master’s degree of special education, specialty and /Or human development.

·      Five (5) years of management experience in multidisciplinary educational support settings and/or administration.

·      Educator’s certificate in special education, school psychology, or guidance and counseling.

·      Strong knowledge of special education practices, curriculum development, educational assessment, and instructional leadership.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·      Fluency in English.

Preferred

·      Experience within special education centers, autism programs, or inclusive education environments.

·      Arabic language proficiency.
