Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Director of Customer Training to oversee the design, development, and delivery of impactful training programs for customers. This on-site role, based in Jiddah, involves creating training curricula, managing training strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction. The Director will also be responsible for allocating resources efficiently, monitoring budgets, and driving the overall effectiveness of training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Training & Development
- Expertise in delivering Training programs and Employee Training
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation for training initiatives
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications in training or professional development are a plus
