Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Director of AI Business Transformation will serve as the primary link between the Enterprise AI Office and the Group’s operating companies.
The role will engage directly with CEOs and executive leadership teams across FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Construction, Real Estate, Fintech, Telecommunications, and other business units to identify AI opportunities, assess operational challenges, and develop practical AI transformation initiatives.
Working closely with business stakeholders, the Director will facilitate AI discovery workshops, prioritise use cases, develop implementation roadmaps, and oversee organisational change initiatives that support successful AI adoption.
The Director will also supervise the Business AI Consultants, ensuring consistent engagement across all subsidiaries while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes, operational improvement, and return on investment.
