Job Description
Design, Motion & Brand
Design engaging marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (social graphics, email banners, brochures, presentations, sales collateral, etc.), with opportunities to explore AI-powered creative tools
Design on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns across social, paid search, email, website, and other digital platforms
Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for campaigns, social, events, and digital platforms (e.g. reels, GIFs, explainer animations)
Create and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, pitch decks, and sales kits
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual and written communications
Website, UX & Digital Experience
Own day-to-day website updates and improvements using Webflow, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and easy to navigate
Take responsibility for the overall website experience, including layout, hierarchy, usability, and visual flow across pages
Apply UX best practices to improve clarity, accessibility, and user journeys across the site
Work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to ensure the website supports customer understanding, lead generation, and conversion
Support and help lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives across the website and key landing pages
Assist with designing and implementing page improvements, A/B tests, and iterative enhancements based on performance insights
Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to translate data and feedback into design and UX improvements
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to develop and deliver high-quality marketing and digital materials
Assist the marketing team with events, coordination of activity, and other tasks as required
Job Requirements
This role is for a company based in Sydney, Australia. You will be working remotely.
Must be fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking
5+ years of experience in a marketing or creative role
Strong portfolio of graphic design work across digital and print including for multinational businesses
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and other content tools
Understanding of CMS systems and tools, including A/B testing and reporting
Knowledge of video editing or motion tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva video or similar)
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Bonus: experience in B2B, fintech, or startup environments

Interested in how design impacts user behaviour, understanding, and conversion
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across content, design, motion, and digital experience
