About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing & SEO Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital presence, managing SEO strategies, and driving our ecommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Arabic, Kurdish an English, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic across platforms, websites etc.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging and optimized content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager etc.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• E-commerce Optimization: Collaborate with the team to enhance user experience and conversion rates on our e-commerce platforms.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications & Skills

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic, Kurdish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and SEO roles, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and content management systems.
• AI Tools: Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or similar platforms.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
