Digital / IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Create a secure virtual working environment, ensuring privacy and security are high following security policies.
• Consulting internally on technical issues and development proposals.
• Undertaking system testing and validation procedures.
• Undertaking software programming.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Preparing reports on programming and technical specifications, activities, or status

Qualifications:

• Up to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Degree in Information Technology (IT) or an equivalent qualification
• Good basic knowledge in cyber security, general IT and software development.
• Good track record of software projects worked on.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
