🎯 The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Designer Manager to lead our digital design team and oversee the creation of engaging, user-centered visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design projects, ensuring brand consistency, and driving creative excellence across all digital touchpoints.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital designers and creative professionals
β’ Develop and execute digital design strategies aligned with brand and business goals
β’ Oversee the creation of UI/UX designs for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
β’ Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital channels and marketing materials
β’ Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
β’ Review and provide feedback on design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables
β’ Manage design workflows, timelines, and project priorities
β’ Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies
β’ Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
β’ Contribute to creative direction and brand development initiatives
✅ Requirements
β’ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
β’ 3β7 years of experience in digital design, UI/UX design, or creative design roles
β’ 1β3 years of leadership or team management experience preferred
β’ Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms
β’ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies
β’ Experience working with web and mobile design projects
β’ Excellent creativity, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills
β’ Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
